P&G #WeSeeEqual
P&G came to Badger & Winters with an assignment to empower women on International Women's Day. Shining a light on unconscious gender bias was one way to lift the biases of women and also men for this special day. So we produced this campaign to challenge people to take on the toughest of human actions: to turn inward and consider our own gender biases.
Result:

-18 million impressions
-7 million in earned media
-A small step in stopping unconscious gender bias before it begins
