Lead the development of our social media team and content lab.
Created CALIA from scratch for Dick's Sporting Goods. In one year it became the #3 women's brand for the retailer.
Restored positive growth for Zales after a multi-year decline, and took it to a thriving +20% in the pandemic.
Overhauled Olay’s creative platform. Today the brand has the highest Millennial HHP ever, and achieved positive growth every year since we created its brand platform and tagline "Face Anything”.
As the global creative agency lead for Avon, worked with a global client team in addition to working with regional teams in Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Europe to deliver creative campaigns for each region.
