Four Seasons

The Four Seasons 30 Park Place was 50% sold out within 6 months, by the end of construction, almost all units but one penthouse was left. I consider this campaign to be the most successful unseen campaign ever.

 
 
 

This experiential interactive custom 3D projection allowed the 30 Park Place sales team to bring the best of the TriBeCa neighborhood to their clients without leaving the comfort of their sales center. This project was done in partnership with sculpture by Carol Egan.
